The Verification Desk

Written and checked by Nadia HalloranTerms editor since 2026

Strong on identity, silent on amounts

Everything checkable about the company, nothing about the exit

Metaspins publishes a Curaçao number that resolves to a named company, a grant date and an active status. It publishes no check threshold, no ceiling and no payout window. The row is a clean split between what the operator is and what it will do.

What the register actually shows

The permission cited is the Curaçao Gaming Authority, number OGL/2024/1063/0437. The entry resolves: Metaspins N.V., company number 160102, granted 4 October 2024, status Active.

Four independent facts, none of which came from a badge at the foot of a web page. A number that opens an entry in the register of the body that issued it is the strongest form this evidence takes, and only three of these ten carry a Curaçao number in the current format.

The terms name the operating company slightly differently again, as a Costa Rican registration, 3–102–959384 SRL. Two names attached to one brand is ordinary structure in this market rather than a red flag, and it is the sort of thing that only appears if somebody reads both documents.

A row divided down the middle

Two kinds of fact can be taken from an operator’s documents. Who it is, and what it has committed to.

Metaspins scores about as well as anything in this table on the first and among the worst on the second. The register entry is complete and verifiable. Every cell that would contain a number about money is blank.

Keeping those two apart is the point of reading terms at all. A verifiable company is not a promise about a withdrawal, and a comparison that blends both into one score out of ten hides exactly the gap a reader needs to see.

Clause 9.7 names no amount

The verification rule is discretionary. Metaspins reserves the right to request identity documents when it judges a check necessary, with no figure attached.

Metaspins therefore joins the seven-strong group whose threshold cell on this site is blank, and the blank means the clause names no amount. It does not mean documents will never be requested, and it emphatically does not mean documents will never be requested below 2,000 USDT, which is where the lowest published trigger among these ten sits.

The reason a clause without a figure is a fact rather than a gap is set out in risk-based verification.

Three empty cells and what they cost

No ceiling. No payout window. No document deadline.

Between them those three blanks remove every quantity a person planning a withdrawal would want. How much can leave in a period, how long the operator has given itself to send it, and how long the account holder has to respond if papers are asked for: none of it is on the record.

Compare that with Vave, which publishes a three-day processing window and a 14-day response deadline, or with Rocketpot, which publishes a trigger and a monthly ceiling one clause apart. Same market, same kind of document, very different amounts of daylight. The column comparison is in instant withdrawal.

The shortest coin list here

Metaspins publishes 8 coins, headed by BTC, ETH and USDT, with BCH, TRX and ADA alongside them. That is the shortest published list among the eight operators here that publish one, against Vave’s 90.

List length is not quality. A short list of well-supported rails can serve a player better than a long one padded with tokens nobody deposits. What it does affect is whether the coin already in someone’s wallet is accepted at all, which is worth checking before an account is opened rather than after.

Provably fair games are offered, which three of these ten publish. A sportsbook is present.

The fair summary

Metaspins can be identified precisely and predicted not at all.

For a small account that difference may never surface. For anyone intending to withdraw a meaningful sum, the absence of a ceiling figure and of any processing commitment is the finding, and it is a finding rather than an absence of one.

Nobody at this site has held a Metaspins account, deposited or withdrawn. The register entry and clause 9.7 are where this reading can be repeated.
