Bitcasino.io phrases its open right differently. Clause 3.13 describes random account health checks that need no reason at all. It is the only clause among the six that says outright the selection can be random, which makes it the plainest statement that nothing you do is required to start a check.

The rest of Bitcasino.io's terms fill in the picture. Clause 5 keeps the right to ask for identity at the first deposit, though play does not wait for it.
